Reset Era are mega autists for saying quoting someone on Twitter is harassment. That said, I don't know why Play Asia got involved in the first place. They benefitted big time from Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 not being given a North American or European release.

To summarize how this shit exploded on Twitter, some spergs by the name of Cranboonitz and Innerpartisan make some hot take on another user, Mombot. Cran brings up DOA about censorship or some shit and mombot post some articles over DOA in how the games journalist not liking it gave Team Ninja the idea that people wouldn't want the game because some journalist keep saying "it's sexist" thus giving TN the idea it won't sell. This did prompt the Play Asia Twitter to come in with that tweet. Needless to say, the whole thing may as well be an autistic clusterfuck, SJW's or not.
As for Play Asia benefitting from this, they managed to rake in some money from back then and if their current tweets as of now are anything to say, they may as well of gotten even more followers, even if you got some people saying how they won't buy from them any more just because of stupid Twitter drama.
If you didn't have people getting autistic over polygonal tits, you wouldn't get people spite-buying the game and Play Asia making money off of it. Hell, the soyboy games media and mega autistic would of been better off not screeching over this, former in making "DOA is sexist" and the latter not getting ass blasted over stupid tweets written by what may as well be an intern. It is funny though to see people say how they won't buy from Play Asia just because of some stupid tweet and a guy complaining about followers being sicced on him, never mind the idea of "talk shit, get hit" on social media.

Playasia gained a ton of followers & business during the GamerGate heydays; I remember them posting something inflammatory & they gained like 5,000 followers in a day.
