It's interesting how wishy-washy their boycott talk is this time around. Usually it's all 'never buying a game from them again!' (with the occasional 'I never bought a game from them and now I never will!', like the company's going to be sad to have lost sales they never had).
But no, this time it's much more 'thinking of not getting the game straight away, won't buy a game from you for a while, may get it second-hand because I deserve to play the game but I have to feel like I'm punishing the company in some way'...
So they're massive hypocrites - which isn't new information. But they could also be said to be transphobic, at least by the sort of people who think having light fun with a dumb hashtag is literally murdering troons. Still, knowing how ban-happy the mods are, I wouldn't have thought anyone would have dared to vote 'yes' in the poll, considering they're now basically accessories to mass-murder.
