For me it's pretty simple. ResetEra banned people for "vilifying journalists" but now the news is showing the mugshots of children who killed a guy, suddenly they care about ethics in journalism. For a progressive forum they seem to love these alt-right neo-nazi gamergater talking points.

Well notably, a lot of "progressives" like those on ResetEra love to take a rather authoritarian stance, if not an extreme one, when faced with a problem to solve. They love to order others around and to be the one's to "solve" a problem.
And those that stand in their way? Evil bastards trying to stop the heroes, no matter how reasonable their opposition really is. It's sick and not at all progressive but they wield the word as a moniker all the same.

What I love about the people still aboard the Hillary bandwagon is how clueless and endlessly naive they are.
