The main pursuit in life should be some happiness and self-worth. These people seem determined to make themselves as unhappy as they can and then blame everyone but themselves
Resetera is a good sample size to view these people in their natural environment. The whole forum is unhappy and angry all the time. They hate themselves, hate their hobby, hate laughter, hate spending time with family, hate things like Thanksgiving and Christmas, hate everyone around them and they're led by soulless and joyless moderation who seem to think banning everyone will bring them happiness. Isamu Fukui sits on top of all this mental illness and lunacy smelling his money.
Count the outrage and problematic topics on Resetera versus anyone having a laugh or simply enjoying a videogame without going fucking insane. None of this would matter much if these people just stayed locked away somewhere screaming at walls, but they bleed over into normie world and do their best to make sure no one else is allowed to have fun or enjoy their hobby.
Yeah, I don't really get why these people just stew and fester in their hatred and unhappiness. I like laughing at a good shitshow and bitching about idiots or obnoxious people as much as the next guy, but getting as genuinely upset over everything like they do has to be unhealthy.

Some ResetEra posters have all but said they are on their phone practically all day long and basically only on the forum/associated like discord.
Forum treasure excelsiorlef posts entirely from her phone and at one point was posting like 85 times a day before slowing down to where now I think I saw it mentioned they're down to 60ish.
