The legal status of Resetera matter less than the person who gets the money at the end. Cerium is living on Resetera's ads and he isn't disclosing to the members how much profits he personally makes on their backs, thanks to their clicks and premium membership.

There's a reason he doesn't disclose any financial informations. If he disclose how much money Resetera makes, members could easily estimate how much he personally gains from the forum. Which should enlighten them on many things.

He's making several thousands dollars by mismanaging their safe-space, not disclosing any financial informations and not accepting any blame for his ridiculous decisions. He's only giving back 1000$ max for forum maintenance and other various fees and that's a big maximum, that and only a fraction of his free time.

Given Resetera's stance on capitalism, Cerium low opinion of his own members, you can expect a big backlash from the community if that coward decide to be transparent and upfront about his personal financial interest in all of this.

I mean, earning 4000$+ by doing strictly nothing, but farting tofu and fat cheese while your community is praying for Warren to break capitalism is some high tier hypocrisy, even for someone like you Isamu "Cerium" Fukui. How much can you bank until your community wake-up ?
