I literally only know old people who develop gout, and even they are horrifically fat or have kidney failure. Did his sendentary Lifestyle contribute to his sudden bout of Burnell's Disease? Will this improve his monthly tugboat?

My dad had a gout attack a couple years ago and was told by his doctor that it can happen somewhat randomly when you're younger. It becomes more common when you get old because your metabolism gets worse and can't process the uric acid. As long as he didn't have another attack within a certain time frame, I think a year, then he wouldn't be diagnosed. I guess there is a test they can perform, but it's painful and a pain in the ass, so they just diagnose from symptoms usually.

I got gout for the first time when I was 18. Wasn't even overweight back then, but I had just come back from a trip where I drank a lot. I only got it in my big toe on the left foot, and every subsequent acute flare up has been in the same area. My doctor said it might have something to do with the fact I broke my toe when I was young, but it also is a lot to do with diet and alcohol intake, as well as how well the body handles certain compounds. It absolutely sucks. I didn't even realize it was gout until I had a second attack in 2018, and I was drinking alcohol through the whole time which extended the severity and length of it.

In case if you're wondering, yes I am aware that they have this list of video games that they're not even allowed to talk about and for a video game forum that is very counterproductive.
Still, it's going to be pretty funny to see one of the games that they bashed on (when they were on NeoGAF) may soon be available on the same platform as other video games such as Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Super Mario Maker.
It's also interesting to see this because Nintendo was originally seen as a 'family friendly' company but it seems they want to kick Sony and Microsoft in the balls by allowing more edgier content on their own platform which I think is a good thing because whiny normies that get offended easily are not and should not be the ones that get to decide what is or isn't acceptable in fiction.
The less people that listen to dumbshits such as those on ResetEra or on Twitter then the better off creators and artists are.

His avatar is his picture so we know exactly what he looks like. He's fat but not massive, he's on Reee and looks autistic (probably is, can't remember if confirmed) so I doubt he's drinking much if any alcohol. So I'm going to guess the two biggest factors are that he drinks a lot of soda and has a shit diet. Not sure if the last point applies to him or not, it depends on how long his family has been in the states and if he even eats what his parents cook, unless the healthiest thing he eats is lots of tuna sandwiches.
