The whole design team for the game could be women. An actual woman could step forward, say she and her style were the inspirations for the character and that's how she dresses. None of that matters - the threat of 'the male gaze' is so strong that these idiots REEEEEEEE at any character design or pose that they think might make a straight man aroused.

This isn't Greg Land tracing porn into mainstream comic books. This is wokescolds behaving exactly like authoritarian religious groups when declaring what is and isn't acceptable. I hope Bayonetta 3 has an equally gratuitous amount of ass shots just like Project EVE to piss these morons off.

ResetERA's standards on who to sexualize publicly is almost cartoonish. A decade ago, the art director for Dragon's Crown sent Jason Schrier a drawing of a nude fat bearded dwarf as a way of insulting his stupid ass after he called the busty design of the Sorceress and Amazon "lolicon fantasies".

Now, it's legitimately only okay for chubby chasers/people with daddy issues into "dad bods" to go into gross detail about how much they want to fuck the folds of fat hairy game characters, in 100% total seriousness. And you can't mock them for it. But if you even dare talk about how hot an adult female character designed to be conventionally attractive is, instant ban for being misogynistic. Not even just a "don't go into gross detail about how you wanna fap to this character" warning or ban, just a ban for being into attractive adult female characters in general. Absolutely wild.

Though that's to be expected from a site literally only created because the creator of the original site took a shower with a woman. It's almost comedic how averse they are to ever letting themselves be into adult women.
