Hello catlovers it has been a busy week in the Cat World. I got a call the other day that several of the ferals that live on the property who I feed were making littles in the front of the BOQ so I went over to see my friends the cats and their new cat kids. I think three cat moms gave birth over the last week. I counted a total of 18 children though I did not photograph every one because several of them were sequestered amongst the cactii and succulents where one of the catmothers safely hid away to pop them all out. I hope you all enjoy seeing my new friends.

tinykidcat.png He's just a little baby boy. I named him Haunted Sears Mannequin but a lot of the cats have this same coloration so I will probably forget who is who among these colored cats.

ploppythecat2.jpg Warm Ploppy. This cat was brought inside the lobby of the BOQ because he was the only one that was still shivering even in the warm blanket I put outside. Ploppy is a runt and has a brother runt cat that I have not named yet. Together, they are The Cookie Twins.

catfoodstack.jpg This is how much wet food I usually buy per week just for the cats who hang around the BOQ (I leave this food here and then have my own stash at home nearby that I give to the cats that hang out over there). Feeding and caring for these cats is my favorite hobby.

gizzumz.jpg This is one of the cats that actually came from inside the perimeter, I rescued him at a few weeks old but his back was broken and he could not move at all for two weeks. I rehabilitated him and he walks perfect now, though he sits like this instead of like a normal cat. This cat now lives with my mom and her cats.

birdlets.jpg a nest of fat little birds that live directly over The Cat Corner. I bet the cats will eventually find a way to eat some of these birds.

I am going to take some of the weaker/stranger looking ones like Melon Head to the vet tomorrow or Friday but the land here is basically one big massive farm/wilderness and it is just a sad fact that several of them simply won't live for very long. We have coyotes and dog-sized raccoons and rattlesnakes and massive hawks and eagles and all specie of nasty mammaliae. There has been a large community of feral cats out here since the 1960's. All I can do is give them nice food and occasional company and vet visits when I can manage it or if there is a clear emergency, and I do. It makes me happy.

Thank you for providing such kind and loving care to these cats in need. My only wish is that there were more people like you.

OMG. Do you know how harmful feral cats are to the environment. A stray cat kills like ten billion tweety birds a day. You should collect them all up and have them spayed and neutered at your expense. Feeding them only perpetuates the problem. You should really just do your part and kill them like PETA does.

I love cats entirely too much to ever euthanize one and I just don't and wouldn't have the authorization to do any of that stuff. All I can do is feed them and take the ones I have access to to the vet if there is ever an emergency...maybe hopefully adopt one or two out in the process. I have gotten several of them adopted out into town after a vet visit actually, which really makes me happy. There are enough predators around here (sadly) to keep the population in check a little bit. Most of the cats do not stray too far from the unit itself as the back of the unit is where Food Service dumps their leftovers to turn into slop for the hog barn and also all the garbage is kept there as well, so they stay around there for food and warmth from the boiler room. Next to the unit outside the perimeter we have a big housing area with the proper homes and the BOQ I mentioned which is a big dorm and I have trained a group of the cats to basically hang around there as much as they can because that is where I have been feeding them for years and years.

So basically there are three main groups of cats here: The ones that stay around the proper "house" homes (where I live and feed them), the group that hangs mostly around the BOQ (the dorms for people who aren't eligible for a house, but are eligible for a BOQ room because they live very far away from work) and that group of cats also gets fed by me, and the cat group that basically lives at the back gate right inside the perimeter where all that extra food and food waste goes. Those cats have access to way more than they could ever eat back there.

Interesting thing about that third cat group, there is an Alpha Cat there who must be 16 or 17 years old by now. Giant cat, tough as nails but unfortunately the poor man has looked like a rotting corpse for the last decade. He was there when I first arrived and when I saw him I thought he was dying for sure, but he has lasted so long it is insane. He is missing an eye, ear, his tail is all chewed up, and he has had the same awful festering front arm wound for what seems like years now. You can see part of his arm bone :'{ There have been many attempts made to capture him over the years to clean up his wounds and neuter him but he is way too fast and mean. I believe he is the dad of the disabled cat I fixed up.

The cats were introduced to the unit in the 1960s to help counter the rat problem. Inside the unit there are rats the size of puppies, but without those cats, Food Service would be absolutely overrun with rodents.

I feel you. I was just Karening. I look at every little cat and realize the potential they have as a future cat girl that I can fuck after the dimensional merge.

>be cat
>human takes you in, sometimes spending money and to "own you"
>regardless human continues to spend tons of money on you with food, cat litter, and sometimes beds, toys, and entire towers for them to climb
>dominate the internet and memes, neck and neck with your rival dogs
>sleep on "owner's" bed, the "owners" don't want to move you because they don't want to upset you
>your race steals the time, money, health, and resources of your "owner" and the entire human race
>bonus if the "owner" dies you have free food
>you are the real owner and not the human, the human is your servant
>you don't even have to bond with human, you can do whatever you want to, you can even completely ignore the human
>human race still thinks it's the dominate race

Humans truly are the lolcows of nature.

Haunted Sears Mannequin has disappeared. I met a new cat that looked similar and named him BRAINLORD. It might be the same cat. I will try and take a photo of BRAINLORD.

Ploppy and his cookie twin have found a home in town with a college student who loves animals and is going to work in the animal field after school. I cant express how happy I am about it. It is a good home.

I am visiting family for thenext 2 weeks so I will hopefully come back and see these cats much larger and healthier and no longer kids. I left my house keys with my neighbors this morning and they will be taking turns feeding the feral cats also I have plenty of food can stacks in the lobby for people to feed the animals at their leisure. Everyone here knows they are to help care for my cats or else.
