Merely mentioning his name (which is some combination of "witch," "crystal", a flower, and a greek goddess) will incur a chimpout so large that it will reverberate throughout the Internet. I'd say no. The tranny rat king does seem to be a part of an even bigger network of dipshits but, for now, the label should only be attached to trannycows who are within two degrees of separation from one another.

A far more interesting question (to me at least) is how to discuss figures like Ahuviya or Rika who were connected at one point but seem to have fallen out of the tranny hive.

So, I wasn't here for most of this either, but as I understand it:

Cogsdev was one of the original sysops of the CWCwiki and a founding member of the PVCC. Cogs actively participated in the coordinated trolling of Chris during the early days of his trolling and has a huge Internet footprint because of his activity on the Wiki. As Chris became more famous, more people populated the Wiki and, by extension, the PVCC. Cogs and co became irritated by the new users and closed the door to the forum. From then on, he only made accounts on request for what he considered good wiki editors. Because the PVCC had closed, a demand for a place to talk about Chris grew and people began to have hypothetical conversation on the talk pages of the Wiki. Cogs was also furious about this, and @champthom ended up being the person who was to open the CWCki Forums, a containment board for forum users not good enough in Cogs's eyes for the PVCC.

As the years went by, Cogsdev kept the forums closed. He is a male-to-female tranny by name alone, and lives off the British welfare system. From what I've heard, he considers himself a sex worker despite never having performed sex acts and has groceries delivered to his door as to avoid going outside. Regardless, he fell out of trolling and kept the PVCC closed with ever dwindling numbers. It became a place for a handful of very liberal sperglords to nod their heads in unison and make petty insults towards everyone they didn't like.

During this time, the CWCki Forums grew, I adopted it from Champthom over 2013, and it was rebranded in 2014 to the Kiwi Farms. We've completely dwarfed the wiki at this point. But at the start of Gamergate (or just before), Cogs tried to get Marvin to shut down the CWCki. He said it would be a funny way to piss of "cwckispergs" (which is what snobs called us before the rebrand), but his real motivation was more selfish. He is one of those uber autistic people that refuse to change their names online, a la Moleman, and while he's very invested in social justice now, googling his username turns up his profile on the CWCki -- what is widely considered by SocJus as one of the most vicious instances of patriarchal transmisogyny gangstalking in the history of the world.

So that didn't happen because Marvin isn't retarded, and Cogsdev stays cooped up at the PVCC with a group of less than 10 people jerking each other off and talking about how great socialism and social justice is.

This is a great high-level summary of it. To add to it:

Cogs is a male who pretends to be a lesbian sexworker online. He has agoraphobia and is obsessed with anime and vidya games, yet hates "nerds". On PVCC, he is very hostile to anyone who disagrees with him, but then if someone is hostile back to him, it's banhammer time. He used to pretend to be in a lesbian incestuous relationship with his twin sister.

He founded the original PVCC, then the second PVCC on 110mb, and then the PVCC as it is now. Champ ran the cwcki, but Cogs ran the cwcipedia (remember that saga?). Now, Cogs is mainly into social justice shit (although he has been this whole time).

Oh, and Cogs has/had a huge crush on a girl from the forum. I won't name her, but he would've had a restraining order on him if the Atlantic Ocean didn't separate them.

PVCC, last I saw, was just Cogs, Prince Ali, Ali's RL loser friends and a few spergy wannabe hipsters sperging about anime and stupid shit about their lives that no one cares about.

Cogs's being a dick got to be so huge that there was a huge drama about Clyde splitting off and forming Buzzleberry, and Cogs couldn't come (although Cogs wanted to). Cogs is a huge control freak, which is ironic because he hasn't left his house in like 10 years.

A thread about Cogs would be pretty dull, as he is self-aware enough to know that he is more pathetic than Chris and covers his tracks well. Other than his Twitter, there's not much out there about him. He had a gaia online account, from what I heard, but no idea anything about it.

I think the reason A-Log struck a chord is because a lot of people (Cogs isn't the only person guilty of this) saw themselves when they were looking at A-Log.

I was going to more or less correct Null on a few points of his point but Hollywood Hulk Hogan got the rest of the details right.

I really don't like talking shit about people who I interacted with in Chris trolling. I tended to disagree with Cogs who tended to be erratic and emotional but again, if you're a shut-in who never leaves your bedroom and have virtually no social interaction with real people, then I can see why you'd have poor social skills. Cogs, like some people I've met involved with Chris trolling (keyword is "some" as opposed to "all), tended to gravitate towards trolling Chris as I think they saw themselves in Chris in some aspect and that's why they were into actively trolling him. Again, I don't want this to come off as me talking shit about Cogs - fortunately she pretty much let me have reign over the CWCki and I was able to mostly do my thing without being unhampered as she rarely intervened and that's why the CWCki was at least for some time to be a reputable source of Chris related information.

I think at this point, I can say that PVCC was a great community. Maybe it still is for the handful of people still there. I'm not talking shit about PVCC either. Cogs noticed that we have a sense of community on there and felt that restricting membership was a way of making sure that people interested in the community and not just spergs who wanted to talk about Chris all the time. That worked for a while except even Harvard or the most exclusive country club has to let some people in sometimes. Last time I was on a few months ago, the most recent member who joined was in 2013. I know I sound like a broken record when I talk about the community on this forum but that's because we've been able to accomplish this without having to restrict membership. I think at this point, you'll find a better community here than on PVCC. Again, not belittling the people who hang out there but at this point, it's mostly a small group of people who are close friends with each other and Cogs.
