He mostly goes into the problems with his life that currently stress him out. It's amazing how much he has changed in the last 5 years! In the video he claims he's straight, lonely and needs a sweetheart and rants about dang dirty trolls.

April Fools! Although, if he did make a new youtube video I am sure it would match this almost exactly. Nothing has really changed for him, minus being older and fatter.
