I met them when they were puppies shortly after they got them. The one that's considered Chris' pooped and rolled in it. Like owner like dog I guess. Never saw them afterwards and he has never mentioned to me how untrained they are. To Chris he probably thinks that's normal. Barb too. That's why they didn't think to put the dogs up in another room when others (Catherine and Al) are over.

I don't know if anyone has thought of this yet, but Barb insisting that their dogs poop inside on newspaper a sign of what a control freak she is. She probably thinks that everything and anything in her home is a direct reflection of herself, so she seeks to control it. I feel bad for Chris and those and animals and I hope he does not follow the same path with them after Barb dies.
 
So I lied. I do have an email talking about the dogs being naughty and Barb "flirting" with a dog trainer. And him talking about setting up the backyard for them. This was 3 years ago. I'll drop when I get home later.
 
Do you have any emails that mention Chris's neighbors across the street (I think it was either their cat or their dog the Chandlers killed/stole)? I remember Chris accusing an old man of sending a snake into 14 BC and Chris thinks Skyraider was his grandson and he stole Chris's old homework in order to pass it off as his own.

Also, do you have anything about the first court case? I remember hearing that Chris was initially convinced that he'd somehow turn the tables on Snyder and end up owning the Game Place, but as it wore on he started to panic.

Maybe I am just very easily amused ( I am ) but aside from the fact that a poor cat ended up being euthanised after its encounter with the chandlers , it was so utterly daft that they really believed a hole had been dug in their porch and a snake sent through it. Chris had no bloody chance coming from those nutcase genes

I wonder if she really was being flirty, or if Chris just doesn't understand what's happening when she tries to act pleasant in public, because he's never seen her act pleasant before. He also claimed she was flirting with the contractors who were rebuilding 14BC.

Knowing that old ladies love to talk to anyone about anything, I would not be surprised if Chris misinterpreted things. Chris probably thinks everything is flirting, which is why he does not like to be too friendly with da males.

I think this may be true and a sign of something that is essentially wrong and broken in the way Chris views relationships in general. If he sees interpersonal relations as being romantic (or tending toward a romantic involvement) then it makes sense why he simply cannot seem to establish a friendship without sexual overtones. And yes, it would explain his unease around males in general.
