And I did tell her to tell him to fuck off, but Nice Guy is convinced that her boyfriend is abusing her (he's not, in fact he's a saint) and keeps trying to "rescue" her from a non-existent abusive relationship. It would be funny if he wasn't telling everyone that the bf is abusive. I told her to threaten a slander lawsuit, and to get a restraining order. I'm worried he's going to assault the boyfriend. I told them both to get ROs. It remains to be seen how he takes that.

I run a facebook page where I basically just write my opinion about video games and the newest movies, that place has a lot of photos of me and as a result... Yeah I encountered some super weird types.

I think the strangest that ever happened to me was when this dude send me a several page long e-mail. I mean this e-mail was MASSIVE! It just kept going and going and he very explicitely talked about how he at night was imagining that he was embracing me in his arms and stuff.

Lol. Dude! I can't stop you from having those thoughts and fantasies, you're free to have them. But you don't need to WRITE to me about it lol.

Strangely enough the number of admires went signifigantly down after I went public with my opinions of "Trump is not really the actual devil, he is flawed but he is not as bad as you say he is." "Anita Sarkeesian is at best a hack" "Gamergate is highly miss represented. They are not actually evil." "No, the gaming industry is not biased towards women, in fact if anything, gaming cons are extremely favourable towards women."

Oh man, the dissapointment! I had a dude writing to me and wanted to apologies to him for forcing him to unsubscribe for the page because he couldn't stand my views...
I swear this happened. What? I just... Oh, and several people expressed their dissapointment in me.

I still get weird ones from time to time, but not quite in the same amount lol.

I'm a woman, I can't show you a picture of myself for obvious reasons but if I may say so myself. I am not bad looking.
I'm Danish, so I got that classic scandinavian look plus I eat healthy and I run, so I am at a decent physical condition.
To top that off I am a giant nerd, I don't like romcoms but watch all the marvel movies as they come up, go to cons, play games. The circles I walk in are mostly male dominated, so yeah. I don't lack attention.

Oh jesus. I have met guys, met these guys where I know with a hundred percent certainity. They would go to the end of the world for me. They would gone through fire and water if I let them.
I know I sound all self absorbed and narcisistic now, but it's true! If I had asked some of these guys to jump off a building for me... they might would have done it :/

And that is a MAJOR turn off for me, I just can't deal with that. I don't want a servant I want a partner in crime as I say.

Those guys, whom feel like I am the answer to their happiness and then rely everything on what I feel or do... And they would do anything I suggest... ufff. brrr.

And they are so sweet and innocent, their intentions are clearly very pure. I just have to turn them down, and not trying to be easy about it just, be straight and firm. "No. No buddie, not happening."

It always sucks because I know I am making these actually really nice people very upset, and I hate making people upset. But well, keeping them hanging and hoping wont do them any favours, at least I don't think so. So whenever one of those guys pop up, I make it very clear as fast as possible. "No, i'm not interested."

But yeah, I need a man with a mind of his own! I need a partner in crime to work with, I need someone whom also have his own life, I need someone whom can in fact challenge me.
I need a strong independent man...

Then of course I also tried to meet men whom got fucking furious with me because I didn't respond to their initial advances.
A guy found out I am a movie buff, started to talk about what he knew about movies clearly trying to hit on me, I corrected him in his statement and he got PISSED!

Of course this is only one guy, he is an individual and in no way reflect all men, 90 percent of all men I have ever met are the nicest people ever.

This lady has said before that she's a therapist and a doctor. Women in general have men chasing after them and bothering them on the whole, especially unwanted, but I would imagine a therapist, especially a therapist who puts on some melodramatic "Woe is me, IM SO SINGLE AS FUCK" persona would attract a lot of unwanted attention. Especially from broken, or fucked up men.

So in that regard, lady, dont do it. Other than that, I mean, I get what youre doing. Youre just talking about shit, not necessarily trying to power level.

With regards to nice guys, its more likely that mommy never loved them and dad's traditional role is to not pay any attention to them or to give a fuck about them at all, so they designate female attention as being their primary motivator in life.

It's not really something that can be fixed, it's more like a personality disorder, or something like alcoholism. They get really fucked up on feeling good because a woman is paying any marginally positive attention to them at all and cant let go of the feeling and will do anything to get more of it.

Like with alcoholism, it's not that they like the feeling of being drunk. It's that alcoholics physically feel good because it's an escape, in a way; and nice guys thirst for female attention because it's the same feel-good escape from their fucked up existence.

T:l;DR: When you go around labeling yourself a doctor and therapist, of course broken motherfuckers are going to try and dump their problems on you.

I think this is a more apt description, but everything else holds true, due to their sheltered and/or neglected upbringing they have failed to develop a sense of self-worth independent of the most basic one imaginable - "a man isn't a man unless he's banging a chick" and sees everything around him as good or bad only in terms of if it puts him closer or further from that goal.

It's a very underdeveloped worldview and could probably be corrected, but like a lot of things born out of such mental deficiency, by the time you're a young adult, you've cemented it and are resistant to abandoning it, even if changing promises some improvement, these guys are not just single and miserable, they're hooked on being single and miserable and expect a girlfriend as a handout, not a reward for actually fixing themselves and becoming better people.
