The idea that Drexel had sexual relations with someone Null cares about is likely their way of dealing with past trauma (having their woman cheat on them seems to be a common reason why some men are MGTOW). Drexel brags about being everything a woman wants, when he's never had a successful healthy relationship. He may believe that he fits every category, but the best thing he's done for them is leave.

Listening to them explain that they aren't PUA because they only "smash" and don't get into relationships is especially funny. Pick up artists aren't known for sexual commitment. It's more than pickup lines, it is indeed a lifestyle, and they are more successful if they are fit, confident, successful, and can effectively manage women to suit their needs.
