Yes. The story was relayed years ago on Rekieta's streams. As far as I am aware he started talking about it elsewhere in 2023 after he's gotten heat on KF from it.

The story resurfaced in January after the scandals involving Hedonism, Gay 90s, etc. Claire did two streams on Rekieta with Rand, who was extremely drunk and obsessed with saying how much he hates Drexel. I believe the relevant stream was the second one where Rand was drunk to the point of being incomprehensible. I think Claire created an excuse to kick him off when he was close to passing out.

Most of what he said was nonsensical, but Rand dropped something resembling the mother/daughter story, and there was enough information to find very limited discussion of the situation in the thread, at which point what Drexel said was already fuzzy with people having different recollections. IIRC it was only a handful of posts, I don't think a lot of people in the thread bothered to watch the Drexel life story streams.

At least I don't think I'm misremembering due to Randbot anymore. This is WAY before Claire's stream and there's too many people who remember it.

At this point, people started looking through the past streams to see what Drexel said and when. Drexel made statements in Discord. After a while @Not Who You Think dropped a megapost with comprehensive documentation of what was said, when it was said, and clips included.
