I’m starting to think the curse of Magichan acts as a sort of lightning rod for misfortune. Nick’s ability to take L after L is messing up the universal order. I agree. If he took the “I was a fuck up and as a result I hurt the most important people in the world” approach and got clean with a real rehab. He could have saved face. I still think his career as a law streamer has been over for a while and would have never recovered, but he wouldn’t have the total hate that he experiences now.

I really hope he does try a civil case. Imagine trying to explain to a Judge that it wasn't the drugs bust, cokestream, churchgoers reporting neglect and the actual swinging that caused reputational harm, it was Aaron disclosing naked twister or locked in bathroom poetry.

Aaron Imholte, Nicholas Rekieta's polycule nemisis, has apparantly pled down to a small misdemeanor at the cost of $50 for the charge of "nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images" aka revenge porn—Case # 73-CR-24-6910 on MCRO. Details are not clear at this time.

This news broke on Wednesday by @Folgers Can.

Aaron Imholte's thread can be found here. It features the history of Aaron's radio and streaming career, his other dustups with the law, and a problematic history with women.

This plea deal was, according to Aaron, a semi-reliable narrator of his own saga, offered by the State of MN.


Background:
In May 2024, after the arrest of the Rekietas, the picture that was disseminated was a naked photo of Kayla Rekieta. The "crime" is featured here at 1:35.


For context, the picture of said revenge porn was sent to Geno Bisconte, something of a washed up NYC comedian married to an OnlyFans THOT, Keanu Thompson, who also fancies herself as a comedian, a friend of Aarons. She then went on Killstream, etc. (There's also something about her being abused by a Trump impersonator who recently confronted Alec Baldwin, but that's another story.) The Biscontes and the Imholtes (April and Aaron) were friends from at least 2-3 years prior. Chrissie Mayr (a Rekieta sweeper) pretends not to be involved, but Keanu is her baby boy's GODMOTHER. Keanu was frequently on Simpcast.

Geno Bisconte and Keanu Thompson were the only two people who viewed the photo that Aaron sent. (Geno showed it to Keanu at some point.) They claim to have quickly deleted the pic. Both were named as witnesses and subpoenaed to testify in Stearns County, MN. Geno and Keanu are currently Rekieta detractors and indicated that, if forced to testify, they would be very reluctant, if not hostile, witnesses for the prosecution.

ANYWAY, this act was featured on Fox9 Minnesota after he was arrested on September 2, 2024.

Sadly Nick has not yet come out of the Balldo Bunker yet and actually streamed on his own channel to his audience. I wonder what it will take to make him come out?

It seems like the only thing that could get him to come out and actually stream is some kind of victory. It might be a very long time if that is the case.
