Strange to say but he actually looked better in the past.
2023 was obviously his librarian era and 2025 was the heroin chic vibe.
Both are better than the 'ate too many doughnuts' look.

Why go to the same spot to take a pic in the same dress though? Maybe he lives nearby.
 
Wearing age appropriate clothes, or at least fashion choices not making them look like a toddler or tween, and having hair that doesnt look like Ramen would do wonders for Nick.

About 15 years ago, I knew a guy that went to Thailand to get all the surgeries and shit done.

Still looked like a guy, but generally wore respectable clothes that gave the impression he wanted to look like a woman his age.

I could opine for hours about the state of the modern troon and its relationship to arrested development. In short, it’s just another facet of the modern state of transgenderism that its male adherents want to claim an audacious and attention-grabbing persona of a teenage girl.

I think half of the conversations we have about troonery would get tamped down almost immediately if the troons out there could learn how to behave naturally for their cohort, but because it’s so fucking performative, it looks incredibly fake, and yet somehow we’re the assholes for pointing it out.

His gut health is probably abysmal, and one of the manifestations of a leaky/unhealthy gut is skin symptoms. Maybe he’s developing rosacea.
