Nick is wrong here. Hanleia was definitely talking about Vic. She was definitely talking shit about and calling him a pedo before she disappeared cause this shit got big

It's not that she wasn't talking about Vic; she was. It's that she was accusing him of stuff that Ilich Guardiola did because she apparently got them confused or something.

Voluntarily taking the GoFundMe down would be a mistake. Jamie Marchi was running ops in her discord with Shane and Dominique Skye to get it removed. Lemoine got wrecked in the sanctions hearing in part because he tried to match his attorney's fees to the amount raised. Leave it up and let them continue to cry. Switch to another platform only if they fuck with it, which would probably be good for donations anyway.

That's not necessarily true, though.
As those users in the lawsuit thread would know, there have been rulings from 2CoA issued for cases dating from 2018 to present since the Vic's appeal has been on the books.

It's not as easy as it could be to see how big the backlog is, but these are the two oldest civil cases for the 2nd court that are still awaiting a ruling.

I think it would depend on whether you include the briefing schedule. Some of these cases took a year just to brief them. This case had an accelerated briefing schedule (although I believe nothing but the original appeal brief was on time), but certainly hasn't seemed to have an accelerated "actually deciding the fucking case" schedule.

Rackets brings up a good point. If everything only happened in Ohio, where the age of consent is 16, he might be safe from criminal charges, not even considering statutes of limitations.

If he somehow used interstate communications or traveled across state lines... it's fed time, baby!
