You know the thing I can say is that nick at least lets you know what you are in for when attending his show. He does not do things like this while announcing important legal news on whatever case he covers at the time. That way you know if it is honestly worth attending or not.

Some youtubers like to mix the important bit of news with 80% junk or rambles that ultimately keep repeating itself for that ad revenue.

Since the stream is winding down I will go ahead and give my observations:

Everyone butthurt at the content of the show needs to reevaluate their priorities. No reason to be so asshurt over awkward randos. Sure, laugh at some of the exceptionalism, hell I did the same, but for it to make people wanna borderline rage quit and dog Nick out...holy fuckin' shit. Cry more.

ANYWAY, I thought the show was kinda unique, especially for Nick. I thought it was inoffensive for the most part, and at times pretty cool and chill. Would love to see this happen more often, hopefully once a week.

I laughed at the portion devoted to austistic masturbation and dick-stuck-in-shampoo-bottles stories, but honestly Nick probably shoulda shied away from that content. IIRC, didnt he okay the masturbation story, or ask him to tell it, or some shit?

I caught the tail end of drunk Hei, wish I woulda saw the whole portion. He seems like the kinda drunk I would love to get drunk and hang with.

I'm all for Nick talking with Null again as long as they cover the recent leaks in a serious manner. That would be interesting and educational, at least to me. I still don't understand that shit myself. I'm not a Null ass kisser and have no interest in feeder memes or the lore of KF, so I couldnt care less to hear more of that shit.

He was a lot more fun drunk than he's been previously. I hope his friend doesn't die, though, he was literally so plastered he was a gibbering moron who couldn't even communicate in language any more.

He'll be okay. We've all been there before.

And guys, I do not recall (heh) but were YF and Shortround on at the same time at any point? I just think it's amusing if they were, with the previous speculation from a couple months ago involving the mailed cell phone scandal.

I think Hei's friend alarmed every person on the call even when he wasn't suddenly deciding to go get his gun to show it off. He's weirdly easier to understand on 2x speed. I couldn't understand a word he said at normal speed past his Borderlands meltdown.

Aw fuck now imma have to listen to the Hei portion tomorrow sometime, possibly twice with the 2x speed, just to see what a trainwreck his friend was.

Nick cracked up a few times over Hei's friend attempting communication.

ETA:

So Nick said multiple times that he wants to do this more often. I really doubt it's going to be weekly - I'd see it more likely to be monthly. He'll probably learn from the less interesting bits of this stream and further curate his call-ins in the future. If he has more time ahead to get offers and pick people, he'll get better choices than Mr Typhoon Mic.

As it turns out, the stream did actually improve an hour or so in, thanks to @ShortRound, the Aussie, and Hei. I'd say everyone who stayed long term was decent, so probably Nick was curating on the fly. I think future streams of it will be more consistent quality.

Also, I found it interesting that multiple times Nick started to get onto the subject of a different lawsuit, only for some random thing to happen that interrupted and distracted him, and then he'd never get back to it.

I'm calling it. Someone is going to yell "nigger" and then threaten to shoot the President.

He broke the first rule of Spite Club. It can only go downhill from there.

Who the fuck is the guy with the annoying voice?

This asshole makes me miss Cody.

Yea. Fuck this. I'm dumping out.

I was out at the first idiot. Nick should have just gone to bed. His snoring would have been more entertaining.

Okay, I think that last guy was easily the most exceptional. "Am I your main informant on Amanda Wynn Lee? Cuz like, everytime I talk about her, you talk about her the NEXT DAY! OMG!"

Can't beg for asspats more blatantly than that.

That's the problem with call in shows. Not just Nick the concept in general. Casual viewers aren't going to call, interesting people are too busy doing interesting stuff to call, so all that's left are the hardcore fans. There a devoted bunch but that devotion comes with a touch of the tism at least.

I had thought about participating as J Sean Annoying trying to get a depo on air but couldn't come up with a good bit.

A couple of times were because of restless Mini Rackets.

I haven't bothered to watch all 3 or 4 of Nick's hearing streams, but does he ever address what he said pre-hearing about how the filing wasn't even necessary, and that the errors weren't ultimately important, because even if the whole motion were thrown out, Ty would have been able to raise every one of those issues in the hearing? Only for Ty to not actually get to do it?

Was Nick wrong? Or was the hearing just run so badly that Ty ultimately couldn't do something he was supposed to be able to do? If Chupp followed procedure so that the defendants weren't able to argue and defend their case, Chupp read Ty's binder, and Ty was able to go down the line of his arguments - with or without the filing- and Chupp used the correct standard of evidence, would Nick's claim have been accurate that the filing was ultimately irrelevant?

Chupp didn't rule on the filing. He said he wouldn't look at the amended complaint then appeared to use elements of it. It exists in this quasi state of "is it in or out?"

I don't think the judge cared one way or the other that Ty screwed up on the notary stuff. Chupp just plowed right along.

I hope there will be more spite streams later on, it was pretty good.

Only if he implements some sort of "30 seconds to say something entertaining or you're out" policy for call ins. Not everybody knows how to entertain a live audience. Say what you want about the Pillstream, but I liked how they did their lightning round back when the show pulled numbers.
