yeah 100% this is what I think is going on with Nick's puking.
- He has talked about having panic attacks on several occasions. These included: panic attack at the doctor when getting an allergy test, panic attack at a theme park after a ride that made him feel like he was going to faint, and a panic attack in high school health class while learning about how drugs affect your body.
- In the catboy date he said he won't drink alcohol or take drugs/medication because of how much anxiety he gets about physiological sensations.
- In
this post there is a video of him describing "getting scared at the mall". He is almost too anxious to go into Hot Topic but hypes himself up to go in, but then can't get himself to go to another store. He describes obvious anxiety symptoms he experiences in stores that limit his ability to go shopping. He also had an episode of nearly puking that day.
- He said he doesn't throw up when he is on a decent sleep schedule, and in the catboy date said that his sleep issues are due to anxiety/overthinking.
- In a clip from
this post:
"I know I have to to throw up because my heart rate goes up and I'll have like these weird racing thoughts, just these very bizarre repetitive thoughts almost like a day dream, like a fever dream kind of, which immediately stop when I throw up." ... to me, that sounds like a panic attack.

Rapid heart rate, nausea/stomachache, derealization (sense he's in a dream), and he mentions the cold floor helping him feel better so I thought perhaps hot flashes. There could be other physical or mental symptoms he doesn't mention.
- So, he is very sensitive to physiological sensations, and if you eat a big disgusting fast food meal, it causes spikes in blood sugar and blood pressure. I wonder if this could trigger panic for him.
- In that same convo as the prev clip he said that he will sometimes make himself throw up during these episodes by thinking about gross things, that he is "good at throwing up". And he experiences relief of the panic symptoms when he throws up, which will reinforce to his body that the way to end the panic is throwing up. Not the same as bulimia but it's very unhealthy especially with patterns of disordered eating. (Ex. fasting for days to lose weight)

I mainly think he looks way more tired than usual and acts more nervous and uncomfortable than before this, I haven’t noticed him looking that pale.
