I think it is AI assisted drawing, or AI touchups of real drawings. If you look at the pic of Nick holding hands with that frog, the frog looks like it has human fingers, and the hands are in a weird shape. If you look at the pic of child Nick with green frogs climbing on him, the frog's toes are all different and strange. Also, the Nick pic of him in the black robe with the weird red lights, there are red symbols on his robe. Looks exactly like what AI does when it sees words but doesn't know what they are so it just copies things that 'look' like letters, but aren't.
