I forgot she existed for a while until Arbour decided to jump into the Dailywire Crowder situation and call out Candace while dragging the four guys again. (Tommy Vext, Ryan Upchurch, Jarred Taylor, Matthew Santoro) Here is an update on the court proceedings in TN with her.
Updated court document for the damages/torts case Arbour v Upchurch et al. filed back April 23, 2021. 1/20/2023 her attorney withdrew from the case. [Case No. 21-0376-IV]
Her other cast filed June 14, 2022 against Upchurch for copyright infringement [Case No. 3:2022cv00446] US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. On 1/23/2023, her attorney for that case applied to withdraw 1/11/2023 and was granted 1/23/2023 giving her till 2/3/2023 to retain new counsel.
