Riley's easily one of the most caustic, volatile, narcissist on the face of the internet, yet people continue to give up their hard earned cash to fuel her Japanese merch and video game habit. Lots of people across tumblr and twitter believed every word she said, regardless of all the evidence against her. They didn't care about the truth, they only cared that she was spewing crap they wanted to hear.

On that she could get a professional artist for 2 1/2 to 3 months. It's not really that unreasonable an asking price(a lot of kick starters are giving people the wrong impression of how much labor is actually worth).

But I don't know who in their right mind would actually donate to Riley expecting a complete product. I expect she'll halt development indefinitely because of some mental breakdown or whatever and take everyone's money again.

2d turn-based action rpg in the making by some fun people who like to program and draw and care about things and watch anime and snuggle cats. a story guaranteed to give you all the feels you could ever want, and maybe some you didn't.

unique battle system incorporating elements of bullet hells and rhythmic/musical based action. in other words, you can die and be on beat at the same time.

game will feature cool things like um...girls? and sometimes those girls will kiss. guys too. they'll all kiss. some will have really awesome robot and animal parts and there's mermaids. cute little chubbybutt mermaids.

we also really love the color green.

And their sprite stealing spree continue! I was looking through their blog and noticed one particular screenshot with a familiar wolf on it. I double-checked it out and yep, they stole it from an older MMO called Ragnarok Online. They are still so blatant about their theft, they left the entire sprite intact, right down to the little crescent on its head.
