So, literally one of the first things he does after undergoing so many intense surgeries is to return to muckbang eating where he stuffs himself with copious amounts of food? Feel free to correct me if you have much better understanding of human biology than me, but won't that lead to shock or make his body super flabby again, undoing the progress from these procedures?

Also I gotta say... Dr. J. Timothy Katzen is the real winner in all of this, he has probably received the greatest publicity any sort of plastic surgeon could ever receive in their lifetime.

Rightly so, he did an excellent job. Doesn’t stop me from being utterly disgusted at the unchecked gluttony of these freaks. Man, he was skinned like a pig. Actual chunks of skin and fat just cut off and discarded. Nick traded flabby skin for huge scars all over his body. He even says that he might get addicted to surgery since the results are so immediate and no effort required.

Nikocado Avocado is disgusting and I wouldn’t have sex with him even wearing an astronaut suit, but his surgeon gave him an excellent result. Anna and Dr. Scamron, take note.
