If Nick relapses into being a deathfat again it will be because he misses the attention so much. It's obvious being a crying fatso was the only reason people ever watched him. Nobody seems to bother with his "I'm straight now" arc since everyone knows its bullshit.
With that said, I'm still impressed with whoever did his skin removal surgery. I'm sure there's filtering going on, but he did get great results but I guess that's also down to not being a complete retard when it comes to after care to reduce scarring. A random conversation I had with a nurse not too long ago gave me a slightly different perspective on the "ex-gay" thing that I hadn't considered before.
