Nick made a video on his Instagram pointing it out. Imagine this video being evidence used in the court of law. They have to sit and hear Nick burping in between the screams.

Maybe he didn't think much about it, since it was very quiet, and was focused on munching and burping. It's not the first time something like that happened, nor the last. That applies to any situation and any person.
Ofc, if he did register it in person and was aware of potential stabbing taking place, that is indeed really fucked up.

Secure your home, have many guns, and be wary. If you are not able to do any of these three things, leave the shithole you are in for greener pastures.
The most your neighbors will do in the case of an emergency is express minor annoyance at the fact that you are audible as your life slips away. Unless your neighbor is a close friend or family, do not think you are safe.

I hate to defend the fat faggy fuck but it is possible this shit isn't uncommon for his neighbor.

I had a chick in college who would get banged out in the room above me. She would be fucking screaming at the top of her lungs, banging the walls, and then would cry at the end of it. I would just sit in my room with my dick in hand, wondering if I just heard a murder or a crazy sex adventure.

Either way, it's possible this bitch was one of those noisy neighbors. Always fighting with her boyfriend, throwing shit, screaming bloody murder (oh the irony!), and acting like an asshole. Or he just tuned her out as he stuffed his fat fucking face, which is another strong possibility.

Those screams weren't even that loud or horrifying? I'm not sure if I blame him for not reacting. I used to live in some busy places (one by a KFC/cinema) and you could hear all sorts of over the top bullshit at any hours that you tune it out. If I called the police every time I heard a noise like that whilst I lived there I'd probably have been fined for wasting their time. He's obnoxious and this makes for a stupid moment for him but I don't think this is even the worst thing he's done given the circumstances.

If you live in the sticks around no one and you hear this type of shit? Then it's likely foxes but be more concerned I suppose.
