I might get downvoted for TMI but i have to tell this story. I lived in an apartment complex where there were domestic violence incidents within earshot almost nightly. No exaggeration.

I only called 911 twice the whole time i lived there. One night I was on the front porch drinking beer with my gay neighbors. They would get drunk and lose all common sense. For instance, one of them yelled "nigger" at an actual black man one night. They were entertaining but I was quick to bail out on them when they got rowdy. Anyway, one night there was a drunken man walking around looking for his fat wife. I happened to know his wife was with a guy in an apartment upstairs. No one spilled the beans, and the guy announced he was walking back to his apartment to get his gun. I immediately went inside my apartment and told my neighbors to do the same, but one did not. A few minutes later I heard shouting outside. I heard my neighbor begging for his life. I BRIEFLY considered going outside, but I figured I would just get shot too and did not want my life to end that way. I called 911 and described the situation as my neighbor cried and begged for his life. The guy eventually left.

It is scary to hear someone beg for their life and think that any second you'll hear gunshots. My advice to anyone is to make it a priority to live in a safe place. It is traumatic to be around shit like that and your life can end in a split second at the hands of someone with an 80 IQ.

Tarrare legitimately had a fucked up digestive system that had simultaneously hypertrophied and was also near incapable of processing nutrients, leaving him in a perpetual state of hunger, but also extremely skinny (aside from folds of skin from where his stomach would literally expand during binges). Nikocado is just a fat piece of shit.
