I blame his soy-rich vegan diet. Personally I think he's healthier now that he eats regular food instead of weird asian fruits. He used to be way more mentally unstable due to all the phytoestrogens in his diet.

Personally I find his content to be extremely disgusting and it's only worth watching to slowly see the dumpster fire become a roaring pyre and eventually an all consuming inferno. I would imagine he is equally addicted to the sugar, fat and such as he is to the attention he gets from his "fans". People who either hate watch him, or are feeders who enable the behaviour. You can switch off being a man-child persona for clickbait purposes, but you can't hide 300 lbs of fat. He's only mildly entertaining when Orlin uses him for shoe tossing target practice. The man his aim is sometimes on point.
