Nik is so far up his own asshole (which explains its appearance) that he really thinks he can do this to himself day in and day out, and by the age of thirty he will disappear, remove every last one of his videos from YouTube, lose hundreds of pounds, and live a normal life in Hawaii with Orlin calmly and happily by his side, smugly thinking, "Wow, what a wacky experience that was! But I did what I had to do to make the bucks, Now I'm rich, retired, and can put all of that behind me. I can do interviews with 20/20, write a book, be reclusive and healthy and private." As if Nik hasn't developed an addiction to public attention alongside fast food.
I don't care how many liquid millions Nik has, or how many papayas he plans to force-feed himself. None of this can be reversed. His perception of himself as so fucking cleverer-than-thou is actually one of his worst qualities, and the lifetime fallout from these years of indecency and depravity will be his albatross forever., not the least of which will be erectile dysfunction for a host of reasons. So in my research for a deep dive on Trisha I come across how people try and emulate her because she is a very good troll. It's been proven him and Trisha were good friends and he started getting tips from her on how to act insane. They even tried to do a collaboration at one point but that didn't work out depending on which one you want to believe.
It's the reason why I take what both they do with a grain of salt. I'm sure some of it is mental illness but most of it is just being attention whores.
