Of all the bizarre and disgusting body modifications I've seen from BME, this one seems to get to me.

The body mod community will defend some fucked up shit, but this isn't even in my top five "worst things I've learned about the extreme body mod community". I've seen enough of that in my lifetime (and often they do that simply because they don't feel like drawing those things to start with, I've seen plenty of cartoons where genitalia simply isn't and it's merely left to our imaginations over seeing these Barbie doll figures, and really, people have sick minds when they go there).

Eh. The body mod scene does some amazing/horrific crap to their bodies. This doesn't really bother me too much because if you really think about it nipples are fucking weird. Especially on dudes. Just two strange little nubby mounds a slightly different color than the rest of your skin. I mean, there's women that have surgery to cram water balloons in their chest, why not have a few folk that do the opposite.
