NNN makes as much sense as doing a month of sobriety as an alcoholic only to go back to slamming the bottle again. And it's not the masturbation that's the most harmful to you, it's pornography addiction.

So if you don't jerk off for a month but constantly watch porn and keep getting pent up you're just doing yourself an even bigger disservice. Then again NNN is basically an edging fetish by this point.

I stopped caring about it, and so should you. And if you truly have a problem, a month of sobriety won't cut it if you're gonna go back to the habit again.
