What does the Drink! rating emoji mean? And what's the lore if there is any?

I, personally, have always interpreted DRINK! as an enthusiastic agreement with and approval of someone else's opinion. Like you're a big Bavarian barbarian in a beer putsch, throwing down your empty tankard. Like Thor shouting "ANOTHER!"
