These are the cheesiest fucking things ever and I hated even typing them

I have indeed said this regularly, usually in the context:

"With all due respect, you are a human sized pile of shit"

"With all due respect, the world would have been a better place if you'd been aborted"

"With all due respect, no one would fuck you, even with a stolen dick"

"With all due respect, all the money in the world couldn't make you less repulsive"

"With all due respect, just being in the same room with you makes me wish there was a suicide bomber present"

"With all due respect, you and your family are living proof that eugenics should have been implemented"

etc...
