Unfortunately I've heard of some going that far, mostly the female NBs wanting their bits removed, and going through with it, like the really old blog post I found claiming to be from a woman who had it done at home, fully awake, no anaesthetic (though whether it's legit or not we may never know, could just as easily be fetish material). Trauma definitely plays a part.

I can see some young girl identifying as NB certainly thinking she'd be better off without a vagina because a lot of this seems to be a reaction against the way women are usually depicted in porn, and not really understanding that's not how a healthy relationship looks, but thankfully there are very few surgeons willing to go that far, unless they're the type who'll do anything as long as you give them the money. As someone unfortunately involved in fandom I can confirm that the asexual + addicted to gay porn is the most common combo for young women on the internet these days. Add in some flavour of gender special and you have basically 90% of under 25yos covered in Western fandom. These girlies just can't live with the thought of being just like all the other nerdy girls.

Anna is full of contradictions. Says she's asexual yet conceived a child and writes yaoi, hates men yet married one and also seems to hate being a woman, so much so she cut her own tits off and calls herself a they/them, since simply being an empowered girlboss is so 2016.

That's where they start to come up with their wacky sexuality terms like "androsexual/gynesexual" (attracted to men/attracted to women, respectively) and I'm sure there are countless others too, like whether they prefer dick, puss or both, and how horny they are in different situations... since "demisexual" is a popular one now, as a way to say you only get horny when you know the person well, which is normal and even, dare I say, old fashioned. But they all boil down to straight with extra steps anyway so it's kind of irrelevant.

I've seen not just a few gay-ass male-sexual femboys do hormones cause all they hear is "less stubble and more tits". They don't plan on going past 30 anyway so they're goonmaxxing and not caring for consequences. It's almost satirical. I've been around general porn communities for ages and rarely among men do it go further than "me dick and what it stiffens for".
