That's the most likely explanation. Or her ex could have simply decided Aeryn had too much baggage and wanted out, but couldn't bring themselves to just break up like a normal person, and instead became abusive to drive her away.

They paint it as something grand with all the "interdisciplinary" language, but it's basically just graduating with no major by taking easy classes. Calling it humanities actually exaggerates its rigor.
IIRC, a good number of college athletes in big-money sports end up with university studies degrees, because they're going to college to play, not to learn.

They're doing them a great disservice by doing this, as the vast majority of student athletes do not go professional.
They're basically ripping them off while making huge amounts of money on them.
Not that they're not doing this to every other student.
Allowing someone to graduate with a trash can degree like that is not just ripping off the people they let do it, but debasing the value of any other degree from that university.

Nora has always been a pretty big bully, at least for the several years I've been aware of her. She's had a fairly effective system to enable that: she finds some space that's controlled by social justice dogma (punch up but never punch down, listen and believe, etc), and continually morphs her identity to remain the most victimized victim that ever was so she can bully and harass others with impunity. The bullying really seems to be the core part of her identity, the rest seems secondary. It's kinda nice to see her finally getting a taste of her own medicine.

I get the feeling she got really butthurt over having her enby excuse torn to shreds as utter bullshit.
Which makes her raging at us all the more funny. She can't really retaliate in any meaningful way and it pisses her off. She can cry and get asspats, but that backfires since more dox shows up and more people get thrown under the bus, which is an embarrassment to both her and them long term.
What really infuriates her is watching her bullshit be shredded to compost and her asspat army is impotent to stop us.

Nora is not your friend. This is easily identified by the fact that she cheerfully decided to not warn any of you that she was being monitored by us. At any point in time, she could have ended our ongoing siege by simply not being an asshole, but because she was unwilling to, you got dragged into the line of fire, and probably doxed.
