I hate to say it, but the NAFOtard may be right this time. Hamas has been known to use Geneva-protected objects (hospitals, mosques, ambulances, etc.) as part of their staging grounds and mobility tools since they know that blowing them up will be declared a war crime. Doesn't help that the earliest reports tend to come from Hamas propagandists claiming the “atrocity” was worse than it was and concealing their own misdeeds, like when they tried to claim the IDF bombed a hospital before it was revealed that the explosion came from a munitions misfire in the building.

Fog of war is nasty, and the Arab-Israeli slap fights are always particularly bad about it.

If a combatant is hiding behind an innocent bystander, you don't shoot through the bystander and to do so would be a war crime. Israel had no justification for bombing three separate cars that were clearly marked as humanitarian aid. I have no love for the Palestinians but Israel should be considered a rogue state at this point.

You are either painfully naive or outright running interference for a genocidal terrorist group because they oppose “da joos.” Collateral damage is a long-standing reality of any sort of combat engagement with bystanders involved, and most hostage response doctrines state that shooting through the hostage is acceptable once active violence begins (even medium-security prisons will tell you that they don't give a fuck about protecting hostages if it means preventing an escape). That's assuming that there were even bystanders involved in these incidences: deliberately using protected markings while engaging in military actions is itself a war crime, and any protections are lost to those involved. Joining up with terrorists and then claiming you're just “innocent civilians” when somebody shoots back at you is a classic part of terrorist playbook, especially when we're talking about foreign recruits engaging in false-flag operations.

The one running interference for a genocidal terrorist group is you. Bombing aid trucks isn't collateral damage, there were no combatants in the vicinity. Israel has even admitted this. You are clearly not familiar with the laws of armed conflict, hostage response doctrine, or even the details of the recent strikes.

Israel is a terrorist state killing civilians and even children indiscriminately. One day it will be wiped off the map and the world will be a better place. Go take your pilpul somewhere else.
