Rabbis from across all sectors (Haredi and Religious Zionist) are attributing the ā€˜Rising Lion’ operation against Iran to the imminent coming of the Messiah — all based on a calculation attributed to the Vilna Gaon regarding the 28 ā€˜seasons’ in the world, according to the interpretation of the verses written by King Solomon in Ecclesiastes.

The strike on the 17th of Sivan, 5785, marks the transition from ā€˜a time of war’ to ā€˜a time of peace’ — the final ā€˜season’ before the Redemption.

Words of the Gaon Rabbi Baruch Rosenblum

In his weekly lecture (as brought by Kol HaLashon), the Lithuanian preacher, the Gaon Rabbi Baruch Rosenblum, presented the calculation to an emotional audience. ā€˜I do not calculate the end times and I do not belong to the ā€œRevealing the Messiahā€ camp,’ he emphasized, ā€˜but when you see something written so clearly — I felt a tremendous spiritual awakening.ā€™ā€

The rabbi asked the audience to take out calculators and presented the calculation: ā€˜King Solomon listed 28 ā€œseasonsā€ in Ecclesiastes. 6,000 years of the world divided by 28 equals 214.285 years for each season. 27 seasons have passed — and we are in the final season.’

The precise calculation he presented: 0.285 of a year translates to 103 days from the beginning of the year, which is exactly the 17th of Sivan. ā€˜It’s astonishing how perfectly it works out!’ he emphasized.

He also added that the Vilna Gaon already wrote in his time that he was in the final season, and that therefore we should now be in the final time of peace before the Redemption.

Rabbi Elyakim Levanon, who preceded Rabbi Rosenblum in this calculation

Before Rabbi Rosenblum, Rabbi Elyakim Levanon — Rabbi of the Shomron and Head of the Elon Moreh Yeshiva — shared the same calculation and predicted the exact date of the transition: the 17th of Sivan, 5785.

The complex calculation he presented takes the fraction 0.285 of a year and converts it into days: 355 Ɨ 0.285 = about 253 days from the beginning of the year, which led precisely to the 17th of Sivan — the day Operation ā€˜Rising Lion’ began.

The source: The Mashgiach, the righteous Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Lopian

Both rabbis cite the calculation in the name of our master, the Vilna Gaon, and as Rabbi Rosenblum quoted, the original source is Maran HaMashgiach, the righteous Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Lopian, who wrote this in his book Lev Eliyahu.

Rabbi Lopian, who served as the spiritual director of the Knesses Chizkiyahu Yeshiva, was the first to cite this calculation in the name of the Vilna Gaon (his original words are attached).ā€

ā€˜I do not calculate the end times,’ Rabbi Rosenblum repeated and emphasized. ā€˜I pray three times a day asking the Holy One, blessed be He, that we merit — with God’s help — the sprouting of David’s line. But when you see something written so clearly in black and white…’

Rabbi Rosenblum thanked Rabbi Klarnstein for showing him Rabbi Lopian’s words (and therefore, apparently, he did not cite the source in the same way Rabbi Levanon did).

It should be noted that, as far as I know, the above words of the Vilna Gaon were not published to the general body of his disciples in the Gaon’s lifetime, but were only committed to writing in the time of Rabbi Lopian. Indeed, in the Gaon’s commentary on these verses in Kohelet there is a completely different interpretation.

Apparently, the sole source for these words of the Gaon is Rabbi Eliyahu Lopian alone, and we have merited that they are being publicized these days during the war in Iran. Interestingly, two prominent rabbis cite this and connect the Air Force bombings as part of the redemptive process.

Nevertheless, there is a difference in the words of the rabbis: Rabbi Rozenblum, the Haredi rabbi, said that ā€˜a time of peace’ means ā€˜we are about to enter the coming of our righteous Messiah,’ whereas Rabbi Lebanon, the Religious Zionist rabbi, interpreted ā€˜a time of peace’ as ā€˜a situation in which the enemies are afraid to go to war against us’ (this is how he was quoted in viral videos online).

It should also be noted that a similar interpretation of King Solomon’s verses is found with the Hasidic rabbi from the U.S., the genius Rabbi Shmuel Yissachar Dov Taubenfeld (of blessed memory), in his book Zichron Shmuel.

According to his words, the seasons are not counted from the beginning to the end of the world as the Vilna Gaon states. Rather, he calculates based on the 28 seasons mentioned in Proverbs, where each year corresponds to one season. In line with the solar cycle, each year represents one season, and according to his calculation, there are 214 instances of the phrase ā€˜a time of peace’ throughout the world’s duration.

I will never understand this muggle jingoist shit. I'm pretty sure an extradimensional demon that can only be defeated through prayer or divine intervention would never be able to be felled by some worldly invention.
To be fair anything that can interact with the material world enough to fight people can also have high velocity lead interact with it

Even if magic is real, you can interrupt radio waves with an equivalent lamda 90 interference. But it's a lot easier to just pump the source of the radio waves full of hot lead
If magic is real I imagine it operates similarly

I mean, it wouldn't really be magic then if it can be fully overcome be our own world's logic then.

If magic operates upon the world it has to interact with the realities of it

If it's entirely separate from physical reality then it can't touch physical reality

Exterminatus it is

these guys arent zionists
no, but this article is an affirmation of rabid evangelical christian zionist convictions.

for decades, christian zionists have dedicated themselves to the establishment of a jewish homeland because zion cannot exist without the displacement of arabs and the gathering of the jewish diaspora. their fervent support of israel today, as evangelical christian zionists, is soley for the sake of seeing the third temple built in jerusalem, which they believe will hasten the second coming of christ, the rise of the dead, and either the conversion or destruction of the jewish people.

TLDR: The boomers basically believe the lies of Kenneth Copeland and Joel Olsteen, that if all you do is believe in God, you will simply be teleported to Heaven come the Rapture, while everyone else gets to suffer for several years.

The Messiah already came and despite they knew He fulfilled all the requirements, they denied Him because He didn't submit to their wishes or revenge and domination. They wanted to be free from Rome and He did that: His followers eventually converted Rome into His earthly Seat, the ones many protestants also deny. The Romans didn't suffer any retaliation, they were also given salvation under God and became one with the first Christians. This happened through sacrifice, hard work, and martyrdom, which they didn't want to, nor they wanted to be associated with them either. They wanted the Messiah to be their tool, when we were meant to be His instruments for peace and expansion of His kingdom.

They should just let them do whatever sorcery they plan in order to bring their messiah and get international mockery when nothing happens. Nobody's coming because He already came and said He will return when He decided so.
