On the one hand, I fully believe they're stupid enough to have accidentally given us this clue. On the other hand, they had to have realized that giving us unedited timestamps and the exact time they wanted to fire him would give away who they were talking about.

They've made it so a huge portion of their contributors and thus pay pigs have now fled the site in supposed "disgust" at Mike's attitude. Mike now reveals they fired a predatory man who managed to worm his way into all the hearts of many of these very same contributors, apparently preserving many of his relationships with him in order to at least let him save face.

Perfectly timed, perfectly well executed to do the maximum damage. Which seems very much like Michaud. He can't create, only destroy.

I'll take a stab and try to be as brief as possible:

1: a site that hosted autistic video reviews ranging from movies to video games to TV shows and toys.

2: a little bit of everything. Ranging from broken promises, sexism, not being paid, playing favorites (usually favoring Doug Walker), horrible management and treatment of workers during their (autistic) anniversary movies. Most particularly; an individual who contributed to the site was accused by two female fans who sexually groomed them from the age of 18 or so. One individual claimed the grooming took place for over a year and there were other females involved.

3: this individual is very, very, VERY strongly considered to be contributer Jew Warrior (Justin Carmicle) who committed suicide several years ago. If true, than CA knew about Justin's sexual abuse for over a year and did nothing. It's possible other reviewers on the site knew of this.

Mike Michaud owns part of the Nostalgia Critic character, Channel Awesome and is the company CEO. Doug was more involved then he let's on. His brother Rob was also heavily involved in the management of the site and the talent.

I've looked through the whited out log pretty thoroughly, and whoever decided to edit out the name (presumably Michaud), consistently leaves in at least one pixel at the top and two to three pixels at the bottom of the first character. While it very well could be a J, it could also be an S or a Z, depending on the font, which I'm too lazy to match. There's not enough space whited out for Jew Wario, but there is enough for Justin.

There's a strong case for it being Justin since the timelines add up, but I'm curious if anyone can find alternative fits.

1. Website based off comedic, often exaggerated reviews of media in video form. Most famous for the Nostalgia Critic, who riffed old bad movies, but expanded to cover multiple people doing the same thing for other stuff, i.e. Linkara who riffed bad comic books.
2. On one hand, a lotta social justice-y stuff that's minor and kinda petty. On the other hand, a lot of shitty terrible contracts people were forced to sign at the last minute, a major lack of communication, a mentally unstable sexual harasser (Mike Ellis) being a staff member and the site's HR person being protected from him, not by the cops but by Doug and Rob wielding katanas.
3. Any YouTuber depends on collaboration to survive, TGWTG members more so since the culture encourages it and the opportunity to work with someone like Angry Joe would bring a lot of people into your channel. Now that 3/4ths of the site left, Doug is in a way worse position when it comes to branching out, and a lot of popular people have aired their grievances against the site which cements the bad reputation even more. There's also has little incentive for people to go to the actual site now (which he wants since he gets 100% of the ad revenue from it, unlike the more fickle systems on YouTube). There isn't jack shit Doug can do about it either since it was revealed he doesn't own the Nostalgia Critic character.
