It also needs to be emphasized that overeating after WLS will be painful. I've heard stories where people died from overeating after WLS.

After googling different sorts of wls, normalfats (250-350) would usually get one of those gastric bands that just tighten the stomach. Deathfats get the type where the majority of your stomach is removed (but do they even have a normal sized stomach at that point? Eating ten thousand calories a day sounds like it would lead to permanent stretching.). Overeating early after a gastric removal type would blow stitches and make your stomach pop like a fucked up party balloon. Overeating afterwards (I assume) would stretch the remaining stomach way too far and cause stomach wall thinning and eventual rupture). That is, unless the bit of stomach is meant to expand to the size of a normal stomach gradually? Idk how wls is meant to turn out in the end.

It almost wouldn't matter even if she did have PCOS, since deathfats have severe hormonal problems anyway and it's not like PCOS makes her eat eight meals a day. I'm sure she'd blame her weight solely on PCOS though, and maybe lexapro if she remembers her previous cockamamie excuses.

Knowing several deathfats that have gotten a lapband, you can drop most of the weight off in the first year, seeing your eating is entirely restricted. The problem is that once they lose the weight entirely, they haven't dealt with what got them there. They eat like they used to and explode right back into deathfat territory a year or so after "goal weight".

I worked with a girl who had bypass. She lost a ton of weight, but then started over-eating again. Within a year and a half, she was fatter than before she had surgery. She stretched her stomach back out to a gigantic size. It's not an uncommon thing. If you don't deal with the issues behind the eating, you are doomed to fail.

Plus, didnt her weight issues start when she was a kid or a teen?

The average age for a pcos diagnosis is about age 30, so i wonder how old she was when she claims she was dignosed?

Also pcos often comes with other issues (acne, hair loss or excessive hair growth where you do not want it ( face, arms, etc). She has not mentioned dealing with any of those things.

Her parents were both hardcore addicts (drugs) so alr is more likely to engage in addictive behaviors (overeating).

Even if she has pcos, it is not to blame for all of her excessive weight gain.

That would be like me swimming all day in the pool but blaming a sprinkle of rain as the reason that i got wet.

A gyno wouldn't be the one to diagnose or help treat PCOS. A knowledgeable GP can do a glucose test and refer to an endocrinologist for blood work and properly diagnose it. The endocrinologist would go over the blood work with Hambert and advise her what's going on and what's the best way to manage it so we can confidently rest assured that Hammy has not Breen diagnosed by a professional by any means. If so she would have told us all about how a specialist advised her how fucked her hormones are and blame it on why she's so God damn fat.
As someone who has PCOS myself it pisses me off that she would even try to insinuate that the reason she's a fat fuck is because of her cun-di-shun I am highly doubtful she has it. PCOS doesn't make you super morbidly obese, but if you ignore it you certainly CAN become very overweight. But that's only because you would be eating like shit and not active enough basically.
She doesn't show any of the signs of having PCOS such as thinning hair, facial hair or male hair growth traits such as thick and dark arm/leg/back/ass hairs, acne or oily skin.
She's just a lazy stupid fat fuck.

Imma make a slight powerlevel move here, but its related and ill take the ratings that come with it. Ive had a similar acquaintance in the past who was large her whole life, then had WLS and lost a shit ton of weight right before her wedding. Took great photos. Ended up getting pregnant soon after, blew tf right back up, if not bigger. All that work and money just to look like a completely different person in her wedding photos.

The estrogen actually gets stored (trapped) in the excess adipose tissue, so it's not free estrogen effecting your body if I understand correctly. So basically, I think, she loses some weight and that frees up the estrogen trapped in that tissue, then her weight-loss starts to slow thereby lowering her estrogen levels and a week later she has her period. In women obesity is correlated with increased free testosterone levels, so there's that too.
 
It's highly unlikely she had any semblance of a regular period ever, mostly because she has been obese her entire menstruating years.
Someone I know was overweight; not in Albert's territory; but stopped getting a period for years. Once she lost the weight and got down to just "moderately overweight" she started getting a period again regularly.
Like others have said, just being overweight can affect your menstruation, I am sure if you are the size of a planet, there is gonna be some hormonal "sich-u-a-shons".
 
If she really wants to lose weight, she should try keto. No half-assing it though, go all the way, do it right.
