Since E3 was cancelled this year all the announcements have been strung out through the fucking summer. Post the cool/funny shit you find here I guess.

From the 11th to the 13th is when the companies are going to be streaming different events to showcase their shit.

This will be more heavily curated than e3 but also there will be no media/investor pandering hosts and bullshit. So don't expect a Crow b Cat video, he's gone to the place where lost socks and black fathers going for a smoke go.

No E3 kinda sucks tbh, remember all the wonderful memes it has given us over the years?

It's Ridge Racer! RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDGE RACEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!

Well if he's lucky then he might get some international riots himself.

Only thing of interest I see so far is an Alex Kidd remake.

Whoa, they're really bringing back Alex Kidd?

Well, we’ll have the PS5 stuff tomorrow. I’m sure that’ll include some game announcements.

An all new Crash after all this time?

Whoa.
I guess they scrapped the idea of converging Wrath of Cortex, Twin Sanity, and Mind Over Mutant into a single game.

I want to see a new Spyro. I hope they don't make the new crash game ball bustingly hard for shit like they did for the Trilogy. Those Jump controls for Crash 1 and 2 were not that good. 3 was the only one that felt ok.

None of those games are worthy of remasters, maaaaaaaybe Twinsanity at best, but certainly not Wrath of Cortex or Mind Over Mutant.

One thing I miss about old E3 (and similar events) was the hall where all the obscure and weird games would sit out waiting for the occational journalist to come by. That's were you got weird, obscure Japanese games and controllers that could simulate the sensation of touching fur. It seemed to disappear as journalists focused on AAA only.

More E3 meme nostalgia.

A Twinsanity remaster would be awesome given how much of the game was cut for time. The game's got an "Unseen Gallery" which is basically the stuff that was removed from the game, and there are voice clips recorded for a bunch of these which indicate that they were cut late into development. Hell Cortex flat out says at one point they were supposed to visit two dimensions but they "ran out of time." How cool would it be to see it have the Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated treatment where the stuff that was cut for time is reinserted into the game? Twinsanity's probably the best post-ND Crash Bandicoot game but it's also hampered by its rushed development, so if you ask me I think a remaster would help rectify that problem.

I'm a little biased because Twinsanity's the first Crash Bandicoot I ever played, but even so there is definitely potential for a "complete" remaster.

All the crash stuff makes me think they're going to make the new game more accessible like Spyro. Most of this stuff seems more geared towards younger girls. I have some reservations of the new female tiger character looking more CURRENT YEAR than usual.

I'd be fine with them getting rid of Time Trials and just focusing on collecting and 100%ing levels.

Mind over mutnat like wrath of cortex have potential but both of them need to be rebuild with open world and more developped mechanic
