They're called boogers. They're large adhesive blobs that stick really tight to everything, like that rubber cement shit they use to attach new credit cards on pieces of mail and such. The higher the value, the harder they stick to everything.

I'll call them CWCville Quarters. It comes in two flavors: C-Quarters and W-Quarters. 10 C-Quarters makes up 1 W-Quarter.
