NPC's... what are they?

This is light on the NPC scale. You should come to Canada lol

Why were you watching Taylor Swift arriving at an airport?
That's a far more interesting question than why are a bunch of no-lives getting excited.

Because I find the cognative dissonance interesting. I mean, these are Taylor Swifts biggest fans. Therfore, they should know the most about her. She has a team, of Producers, publicists, songwriters, marketers, film makers, stylists, and editors. At best her contribution is less than 20% of the total product they are selling, and yet the fans, just eat it up. It virtually defies logic.

I read a shitty Chinese web novel once, the protagonist who was probably a Gary Stu married Taylor Swift.

Not her proper, but some merchant lady who looked like her. Not a woman who had the same physical characteristics as Taylor Swift, but a character who was described as looking like Taylor Swift.

Woman must exude some kind of oriental pheromones.

Most modern day pop and rap music can best be described with this. Even Taylor‘s #1 rival Kanye West gets hit with the same criticisms. Only difference is that on the surface, he is at least self-aware about it.

NPC's are child like followers. Where as your average person will follow the party line even though they may disagree with parts of it, an "NPC" believes in it with a child/cult like devotion not questioning anything.

NPC's are the culmination of 3-4 generations of conditioning to create a permanent diminished mental state in the populace.

Most people are followers, but what sets those often called "NPCs" apart? Typically they often display child like tendencies.
