These seem more like just screaming fans than NPCs. It's stupid behavior either way but NPC behavior in my mind is like that shit where people start acting like fucking skinwalkers parroting shit from news media and clickbait articles and thats the entirety of their conversation. Like the kind that comes out of fucking nowhere like a switch flipped in their brains.

It's kind of chaotic over here right now in terms of things I'm focusing on so I'm not going to be able to explain too much further or else it's gonna hit a rambling wall of text in terms of size.
