I'm all for Gamer Justice when it's doable. When it was the Zoosadists it was a perfect opportunity. You had videos of crimes with faces attached that just needed names. When that went through, people went to jail. Here we're starting with a name and we're trying to find the crime. You can argue that XYZ constitutes a crime, you're free to report it, but there's only so much a group of concerned citizens/Gamers can do with just a forum.

Like I said, I think SB resolved the initial questions well. Now it's a middling phase where it's time to figure out what's actually doable and what works best.

I'm not incredibly informed on a lot of the Bella shit, but I haven't seem any of the youtube spergs say anything and there hasn't been a front page post so my assumption is that she's been kind of quiet. At this point rather than try to push it into legal shit, which is always boring and disappointing, you guys should just let nature take its course. Either she's learned a very harsh lesson and will decide not to be an asshole online ever again, or she hasn't and some day we'll see her be an idiot again.

As for where to put the Bella shit I think the Chris Chan board is probably the best if its going to be quiet. If Gibi turns out to be a diddler or Bella gets arrested for huffing compressed air in a walmart parking lot then threads can always be necroed. I think I'm with @GayestFurryTrash though, her on the Killstream would be a dream come true.

@HiramTheGrift's thread on Bella gives a good summery of what happened and should be kept. They did a good job giving the rundown of what happened and it's not bloated.

The threads about people who are lolcows on their own merits should stay, whether or not they're in a subforum or just folded into either Lolcows or the CWC subforum. The CWC subforum should probably be scaled down when/if Chris goes inactive, at least for whatever time he's spending behind bars.

As for ILJ and trying to make her face justice or w/e, nothing of particular significance was ever going to happen to her in the short term, she's too young and her parents have too much money. The thing is she's also a maladapted trainwreck of a person who literally can't care for herself and unless she very seriously shapes up none of us are going to need to get involved for her to wind up facing consequences, so I wouldn't focus too much on that aspect. It'll work itself out I'm sure.

But as for the reorganization, any people threads here probably would have little interest to anyone not familiar with Chris Chan, so I'd vote they go into his subforum for what it's worth.

I think people just get excited over the things people say and do. When it's especially heinous, people will understandably want justice served, no matter how unrealistic that may be. Bella has shown to have done pretty heinous shit, and in secret, so I don't think it shocks me much that the board would go down this downward spiral.

The sub-forum broke the first fucking rule of effective investigations. Don't let the people who you are investiagting know they are being investigated. If you have a speedrun for a 1000 page thread, of course she was going to lay low and possibly DFE. As for recommendations I say merge any threads that pertain to a specific cow (e.g. leaks pertaining to Bella in Bella's thread) into that cow's main thread, then move those threads to an appropriate subforum, probably CWC since none of them are really active or relevant outside of their ties to Chris. Leave the random slapfights and speculation threads on the board, then close the board and move it to Spergatory to serve as a gravestone for this autistic trashfire.

Oh, also give every post-merge newfag who has more than five posts on this subforum a permanent banner or something so we can identify them like Jews in the Holocaust, maybe like "Merge Juden" or something. Then we can tell them they're "one of the good ones" if they actually fit in with the rest of the site, or we can bully them until they calm down if they're one of the Tumblr fags who joined to seethe and dilate about justice and shit. Spooky Bones initially did a good job directing the forum considering the circumstances and that she was effectively forced to be a moderator. Her main shortcoming is that she never communicated with any other staff, not even to discuss her expose` on TAH.* Her decision to do that set a precedent that infighting was acceptable and that has defined the board since.

As I see it her shortcomings were:
- Sharing account with spouse.
- Engaging in catfights.
Minor offenses:
- Providing information before fully verifying the source.
- Too forgiving, half of this board should be in the Thunderdome thread.

I don't think its a good idea to merge them. There's a reason the original one was separated from the new one. They are both valuable, but in very different ways. The first one shows the historical lineage of how Bella came to be found out, while the second one is more focused on updates and general information.
