Null's music taste / music for Null

Jersh has mentioned liking introspective rap before and I think Saul Williams is a pretty good artist in that regard. His shit fits in that era where the more enlightened blacks where upset with niggers and were desperately trying to cull their bullshit before it dragged them all down (spoiler alert: it failed).

@Null has mentioned on mati a few times that one of the few rap songs that he likes is dance with the devil. I'm not a huge fan of that song, but in terms of introspective rap, he should give a listen to the first half of Sing About Me/I'm Dying of Thirst
about the different ways that black culture will fuck over young men and women respectively.

Josh, you've played Alestorm, you've played Sabaton, I believe you are ready for my favorite power metal band: Gloryhammer. Made by the same guy as Alestorm, they create goofy and energetic concept albums based on the lives of Angus McFife and his ancestors as they save the world from the evil wizard Zargothrax. I know it sounds stupid, but its great, trust me; this is the intro song basically for the most recent album
The close second to me is Powerwolf, with a heavier sound, I like to use that as workout music

The theme for the self-sufficiency thread: Guy Clark - Stuff That Works. Came up on the radio and thought it was appropriate.

S1T7 - Russia My Native Land - Soviet Army Chorus

S2T5 - Soldier-Boy, Sing - Soviet Army Chorus

Ok so Null has shown a taste for Australian Rap before, but I have never heard him play Butterfingers

And it has some synchronicity with Bossman
The lead singer's name is literally Evil Eddie. His best song is called, "fuck I am good, just ask me"
They even have a song about fucking your mum
Oh and another song has the lyrics, "every time I gamble, I lose allmy chips"

Yo Mamma | Another good one

Since Josh played a song from Rome's latest album last stream, I thought I'd recommend "Death In Rome", as they are a bit more unknown and most likely took Rome, along with Death in June, as an influence.
They're usually a bit more neofolk-y than Rome and most of their songs are just neofolk covers of pop songs, but them being pretty openly right-wing and changing up the lyrics to reflect that in a few of their covers is amusing, while still sounding great.

Also, related:
Seeing the reaction from Rome's left-wing fanbase coping (a) & sneeding (a), as it was pretty obvious that their wholesome, NOT-right-wing neofolk band was suddenly espousing some not so left-wing ideas, especially after the release of the album "The Lone Furrow" in 2020 was pretty funny.

The Chain Gang Of 1974 - Sleepwalking

Someone posted a song by Mischief Brew a while ago in another thread and I liked some of their songs.

Mischief Brew - Roll Me Through The Gates Of Hell

Mischief Brew - Thanks, Bastards!

Mischief Brew - Coffee, God, And Cigarettes

Mischief Brew - Olde Tyme Mem'ry

Mischief Brew - Boycott Me!

I came here to thank Null because the last stream was the thing that informed me that Rome had dropped a new EP.
