New to the thread but not Nux. I've seen some of his videos on my own but not shit like this. I quit him during the VTune stuff. From what I understand, he did long form 45+ minute anime reviews before YouTube throttled his channel. Upon being throttled, Nux decided to start doing Hentai Reviews where he would post spicy thumbnailed videos where he reviewed Hentai. They were genuinely kind of funny. They would only be up for so long before he would take them down. This is what got his channel back in the algorithms. He would upload and then delete these hentai reviews. People subscribed for those videos and that's how he got so popular from my understanding. That's what dragged him out of YouTube Hell.
I don't think Nux has ever been left wing. The guy to me always seemed to worship Trolling or what he viewed as Trolling. He definitely always seemed libertarian leaning right in the videos I've seen.
