He's likely not serious, but if Nux genuinely thinks he has a case against hasan for calling him a 'pedophile' he might be clinically retarded. Nux has showcased illustrated child porn on his videos and thumbnails for years. He even defended ZeRo AFTER he had already admitted to having sexual conversations with a minor.

Even if Nux did have a case against Hasan I don't think he would go through with it, he likely doesn't want to risk his name appearing on a public court doc because of how concerned he is about anonymity. He's just saying it to get people talking about him again.

He's so stupid that if he sues Hasan, Nux will undoubtedly face a countersuit. Whatever Nux claims about Hasan, Hasan can retaliate with his many videos and ample proof of Nux's former 'Gooner' behavior. Nuxtaku is so reviled online that he made an hour-long video to do damage control, trying to spin the truth about his hidden past. Nuxtaku should face the consequences if he truly wants to sue for his 'non-pedophile crimes'.
