That is, objectively, not bad art. It seems to be heavily stylized, but does not demonstrate an absence of anatomical knowledge that one can expect from someone who hasn't studied. I like their body examples. The price is expected.

This could just be their best works, and the majority of it looking like shit. 🤷

The colored example demonstrates an understanding of color theory and a nice warping of shading to subtly exaggerate the facial structure of the human.

I don't like when they pretend it's a beautiful person, but then draw a bunch of physically disabled people and transpeople pig fucking ugly but abled people without such ugliness. Tells you what these kind of people really think about disabled people.

It is my running theory that Free Jazz and Avant Garde and all this shit was started by a bunch of actual artists going "Ok, with how much shit do you think we can get away with before the artfags will call bullshit?". Turns out, a lot, and it just escalated. I think all the artfags know that the Emperor is naked, but nobody will admit it because then the other artfags will point and laugh at their small minds, incapable of comprehending such magnificence, or go on long tirades about how this is transcending traditional art and so on.
Ok, you get people like John Zorn who is clearly in on the joke, but I think large parts of the scene are actually serious about it being "art".
I once saw some Japanese avant garde show where there was some middle-aged dude cowering on stage and some other dude shoving a camera up in his face, and he'd hit the stage with a small hammer every once in a while. Then some screaming noises came in, which was actually a saxophone played by a rather famous saxophonist. I'm fairly certain that player was a homeless dude that some of the original art trolls got from the streets and taught to make screechy overtones on the sax, and then brought him to Free Jazz concerts and told everyone that this shit was genius. And everyone just rolled with it, because artfags are too afraid of looking like uncultured swine to the other artfags.
I can't find that video anymore and I don't remember the saxophonist, but one day I'll find it again.
In the meantime, have this classic reference point of modern "art". At least the audience laughed at it a bit.
