Considering that he seems to have mixed feelings on this discussion, I think we might be getting another visit from Goldie in the future. I'm pretty sure that most generations have a problem with adults making physical contact with random children. Childish, Sadistic, Cheesy, and Hopelessly Romantic now where have I heard that before?

He seems somewhat open to the idea of having autism, which is a start. He also realized one of the many aspects of his relationship with Heather that was problematic; him trying to change her and mold her into his perfect partner. Of course there's many other problematic things he's done to her and during that relationship, but this is definitely a start because I don't think this is something he acknowledged before. Then he twists it, and makes it about himself again "they are doing the same to me, though!" in typical GK fashion.

Then he totally back-peddles about mid-way in, and ends up with the "I am what I am and I like who I am" bullshit. Childish, sadistic and cheesy I can see, but "hopeless romantic"? There's nothing romantic about drawing sexualized cartoon children engaged in various sex acts, nor is emotional blackmail and psychological manipulation of your girlfriend or tickling stranger's kids "quirky". Sexual violence, pain and suffering are just "being sexy". Oh and all women want to be cradled in their boyfriends arms like a baby, apparently.

He acknowledges that he is manchild incapable and unwilling of learning or improving, and believes there's absolutely nothing wrong with that ("So says my generation"). Not much of an epiphany. It kinda looked promising at first but Goldie didn't deliver.

Classic overreaction. He still sees his position as the reasonable and justified one, and so twists ours into something cartoonishly exaggerated. "What, so it's not okay to feel up a stranger's child? Well, fine then! I guess you don't want anyone to ever touch a child, not even their own parents! Maybe that would make you happy!" I'd expect this type of thinking from a six-year-old. He is capable of reasoning and discussing like an adult, but he just... doesn't. It's petulant, it's immature, and ultimately, it's just pathetic.

Inflicting pain on others is his fetish but at the same time, he says he would dislike it if the roles were reversed. Zero self-awareness this fellow has. He does say it taught him a lesson... but does not say which. If anything, what he learned from it was how to be more subtle about emotional abuse and manipulation when he ever tricks another insecure girl into being his "lover".

I think the realization he may have autism is his big chance to possibly understand himself and why he is the way he is. If he were to see a professional and get a proper diagnosis then there's a big "Wait and see moment". It really depends how he treats it. He could acknowledge that his autism is heavily affecting his outlook on the world and why he has trouble with other people, possibly even willing to use that knowledge to actively counter certain behaviors... or we have him going around saying "It's okay. I'm autistic!". The most bizarre thing to me out of all of this is NOBODY thought to have him tested. Why do I get the feeling his mom knows something is up but somehow thought that if he was treated neurotypical then he'd end up basically neurotypical. If that's the case then GK could just go up to his mom and say "I think I have autism" and his mom would immediately shoot down that idea because it'd mean she fucked up.

So yeah, three things can happen from this..

- Nothing (Most likely)
- He gets diagnosed with autism and becomes more aware of his behavior. (It.. could happen, I guess)
- He gets diagnosed and learns to play the autism card or becomes one of those people who thinks autists are the master race (Funniest outcome)
