Dear Odysee User,
We’re making a big change: Odysee is dropping Stripe as our payment processor. While Stripe helped facilitate fiat-based payments, their new demands—including intrusive user data collection and moderation requirements—go against Odysee’s principles of user autonomy and privacy.
Starting February 3, 2025, Stripe features like tipping, memberships, and purchases will be disabled. We’re transitioning to a new blockchain-based payment system that ensures lower fees, greater freedom, and microtransactions.
to prepare for the switch.
[*]Stay tuned for updates as we roll out this new system.
Thank you for your continued support!
The Odysee Team
Honestly impressive that they told the Visa jews to pound sound over this. Pretty much any other company would have fucked over their users to keep the cashflow going.Total Stripe Death

its for arweave which isn't the shittiest shitcoin ever but idk why they couldn't use a normal ETH L2Whats this arconnect wallet they say to install? Are they going to some random shitcoin?
One of these users, funny enough, was Randbot.Recently, a couple of users on Odysee complained to Stripe about other Odysee users that they didn't like who were using Stripe. They complained about content being in violation of Stripe policy. Don't ask us why those creators did that. It only takes a few to spoil a good thing.
There appear to be 1200 banks listed(out of 10000). But without the big ones (Chase, Citi, etc) it's probably 1% of the country that can actually use it.Whatever happened to fednow?
Odysneedxisters, we are so backThey're really trying hard to get Null to come back
I dream of the day I can say niggerfaggot in chyat again during MATI.Odysneedxisters, we are so back
Whatever happened to fednow?
At least for the states I looked at there appears to be one or more banks that operate Fednow per major metropolitan area. As long as Null opens his account in one of the banks listed for the site and one for his foundation and you open your account at one its NBD.There appear to be 1200 banks listed(out of 10000). But without the big ones (Chase, Citi, etc) it's probably 1% of the country that can actually use it.
