RE: WIS
This is supposed to reflect your lived experiences and your ability to interact with the world around you.

Chris is and has always been critically deficient in the areas of empathy, interpreting the emotions of others, understanding sarcasm, and knowing what is appropriate when/where.

However, there are few exceptions of him failing to react appropriately to keep himself safe from harm. The overwhelming majority of the time he operates vehicles without causing harm to himself or others. I can only think of two exceptions (the rear-ending when he was thinking about math in traffic, and hitting Snyder). When he's out in the world on foot he never gets run over. I don't recall any incidents of him knocking people over of being exceptionally clumsy due to negligence at cons (specifically, I'm referring to him not paying attention to there being people around him and bumping into them or knocking them over/being knocked over. Fail dancing and being socially clumsy don't count here).

He understand things like "rain bad, wear jacket", and I don't recall him ever having a sunburn. He was able to pull off the "wheelin' and dealin' " when he was buying electronics cheap and selling them for profit. Compared to the rest of the hoard his areas in the house have always been relatively clean.

I nominate Chris for WIS 7 (-2 bonus). For the most part he can operate as the average person, but in a few critical areas he is exceptionally incapable.

I’ve only played 3.5 so that’s what I’m going with.

Race: Human - Self explanatory.
Class: Psionic - he at least thinks he has psychic powers.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral - Chris has very little respect for laws or order in general unless it suits him. He’s not overly malicious and tries to be nice but does have a selfish overview.
Str: 8 he’s weak but not like crippling weak
Dex: 9 he knows how to hold a pen.... kind of.
Con: 16 nothing can ever kill him but he’s not in shape exactly.
Int: 14 Controversial I know, but he passed college and knows a lot of lore in the various fandoms he’s a member of. However it doesn’t really apply to the real world.
Wis: 6 and that’s being generous.
Cha: 10 I think that’s a good midpoint. He manages to evoke sympathy and people do give him money and talk about him more than most do, but he’s also really ineffective at negotiating in general.
According to 3.5 you gave Chris a 140 IQ (or close to) that doesn't fit at all. My ability set would be:
Class: commoner (this isn't a petty insult. According to 3.5, 99.5% of the farms is a commoner)
Alignment: I agree Chaotic neutral.
Str: 8
Dex:10
Con: 12. He gets sick a lot, but he's shown an increased insensitivity to physical pain (stepping on Legos, sticking his dick in snow, carving a hole into his fucking taint.)
Int: 9. He's not a full on retard, but he's less intelligent than the average person, so basically I'm saying he has an IQ of around 90.
Wis: 5. He's extremely gullible and will believe most things he's told. He believed a moon laser was threatening his pretend city, and that's he's married to Pokemon. Honestly 5 is me being generous.
Cha. 15. Your probably saying @Deadpool that's really high, Chris is a disgusting slob! Well according to the original DM's guide Hitler would have a high Charisma despite being considered the epitome of evil for 70 yrs. Chris has hundreds (if not thousands) of people following him. Some of those people are giving him large amounts of money. If that's not Charisma I don't know what is.

Edits: drunkey boo boos.
Edit 2: remember 10 isn't an insult, it's average. Most of us have a few 10's.

It's odd because even if he had high charisma, his skills tied to charisma like persuade, intimidate, deception, or bluff would have to be abysmal to be truly chris.

Gonna call WIS at 6 (-2).

We're finally at the big one, CHARISMA. Remember, we're going to also assign him a Comeliness score, so CHA for Chris is strictly going to be about his force of personality.

Chris certainly has a big personality that could fill a pool and confidence in himself to match. However, nothing he ever attempts such as influencing people at Cons or attracting a boyfriend-free girl ever quite pans out the way he'd like. Someone genuinely charismatic would get their way more often than Chris does.

It could be argued that his failures stem from his inability to understand social cues, however. I would also like to point out that we follow Chris not BECAUSE of what he does, but in SPITE of it. He's not a successful youtuber or esteemed writer. Chris is well-known due to his infamy, not because he's famous.

Gonna start him off at 14.

I'd reverse that, Krycek. Becoming a tomgirl/tranny has at least given Chris a minor increase in his ability to interest the average person, although not obviously in a good way. But before, if he just kept his mouth shut, he'd probably pass muster out in public, looking only slightly odd. As a half-arsed tranny, he's got a bit more of that people-will-stop-and-stare factor. It's of the kind that people would save for the village idiot, but even that's charisma of a sort.

If we're going by 3.5 rules, why not put Chris' class as Truenamer? Easily the worst, most useless class in the entire edition, and that includes NPC classes like Commoner.

Picking his class based on 5E due to saves based on stats being dictated by class.
